See what flats in your block, or units in your condo, have actually sold for. Add your unit number to pick out deals on your own floor.
How to read it. Tap a town or district for its figures and its own quarterly trend. Tap a bar to jump to that quarter. Average price is a simple mean, so choose a flat type for a like-for-like comparison.
Your block or condo. HDB and URA publish floor bands, not unit numbers, so your unit number is only used to find your floor band (3 floors for HDB, 5 for private). HDB block lookup covers resale deals in the last 3 years; private covers the last 5 years. $psf uses floor area converted from square metres. Bulk deals of several units are marked and left out of $psf.
HDB: Resale flat prices based on registration date from Jan 2017 onwards, Housing & Development Board, via data.gov.sg. Regions are URA planning regions. HDB's Central Area town is drawn across the city-centre planning areas; grey areas have no HDB resale town of their own.
Private: Private residential transactions from caveats lodged, URA Data Service, last five years. CCR, RCR and OCR follow URA's market segment for each project. Counts are units. "New launch" means sales by developers. Caveats are lodged after the contract, so the latest quarter keeps filling in for several weeks. Each bubble sits at the average location of the district's transacted projects.
Boundaries: URA Master Plan 2019 planning areas, via data.gov.sg. Figures are for general information only and are not a valuation or financial advice.
