Mature, central towns lead. Over the last 3 years (Nov 2023 to Oct 2026), Toa Payoh had the most million-dollar resales, followed by Bukit Merah, Queenstown, Kallang/Whampoa and Ang Mo Kio. Use the map and the town filter above for the latest count in any period.
No. Over the same 3 years, about 4 in 10 were 4-room flats, about 36% were 5-room and about 23% were Executive flats. Newer flats near MRT stations and the city, on high floors, make up a large share.
